Anyone who knows me knows that I love my leggings. This current craze, heavily contributed by LulaRoe, is in full swing as you can find super smooth “buttery” leggings at most retail stores (Rue 21 and Wal-Mart especially) and online. Charlies Project takes on the legging trend while supporting a charitable cause.
Anna, Charlie’s Mom and founder of Charlies Project, founded Charlie’s Project to boost awareness for a variety of issues such as Down Syndrome, Autism, Breast Cancer, and many more.
Each pair of leggings are $25 and currently, their Charity Legging Collection donates 100% of profits from Paw Print leggings and Autism Puzzle leggings to the Boston Children’s Hospital Down Syndrome Clinic. Get a cute pair of leggings while donating to a charity? Sounds like a win win to me!
All other legging designs give 20% of their proceeds to organizations such as the National Down Syndrome Adoption Network , Reeces Rainbow , which also supports adoption for Down Syndrome children, and Donors Choose, an online organization that aids local teachers with their classroom needs. Below are some of my personal favorites.
Show your support for Anna and Charlie and help them spread awareness with your donation to several non profit organizations while snatching up a pair of these adorable leggings!
